Welcome to Banka Grocery. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Banka Grocery mobile application, website, and related services operated by JK ENTERPRISES.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. DEFINITIONS

  • “Platform” refers to the Banka Grocery website and mobile application.
  • “User” refers to any customer using the platform.
  • “Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “Us” refers to JK ENTERPRISES operating under the brand name Banka Grocery.

2. SERVICES OFFERED

Banka Grocery is an online grocery and FMCG ordering and delivery platform that enables users to:

  • Browse grocery and FMCG products
  • Place online orders
  • Make digital payments
  • Schedule home deliveries
  • Avail promotional offers and discounts

3. USER ACCOUNT & ELIGIBILITY

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and all activities conducted through the account.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account involved in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive activities.

4. PRODUCT INFORMATION & AVAILABILITY

We strive to ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Product images are for representation purposes only
  • Availability may vary depending on inventory
  • Prices may change without prior notice
  • Certain products may be unavailable at the time of delivery

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

We accept payments through:

  • UPI
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (where available)

All payments are securely processed through authorized third-party payment gateway providers.

The Company does not store complete debit/credit card details on its servers.

6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

An order shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment authorization and confirmation from our system.

Orders may be cancelled under the following conditions:

By Customer

  • Before dispatch or delivery processing

By Company

  • Product unavailable
  • Pricing or technical error
  • Suspected fraudulent transaction
  • Delivery location not serviceable

7. DELIVERY POLICY

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Traffic disruptions
  • Local restrictions
  • High order volumes
  • Technical issues

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control.

8. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Failed payment with unsuccessful order generation
  • Damaged or defective products
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Missing items in order

Refund timelines:

  • UPI/Wallet: 1–3 working days
  • Card/Bank Refunds: 5–7 working days

Perishable products may not be eligible for return unless delivered in damaged condition.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Users shall not:

  • Use fake or unauthorized payment methods
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Misuse offers or promotional credits
  • Interfere with platform operations
  • Engage in abusive or unlawful conduct

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, logos, graphics, text, software, and platform content are the exclusive property of Banka Grocery and JK ENTERPRISES.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Payment gateway failures
  • Delayed deliveries beyond operational control

12. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Banka, Bihar.
